How to Celebrate Christmas and New Year in a Healthy Way

    increase the intake of vegetables and fruits, for example you can make it into salad.

3. Choose Healthy Cooking Process
    Choose cooking process that uses less oil such as roasting, boiling, steaming, sautéing, and stewing.

4. Exercise Regularly
    Do light exercise for 15-30 minutes every day. For example jogging or walking with a faster tempo.
