World Health Day - Depression

According to WHO, in 2010 depression is a mental disorder characterized by the appearance of symptoms decrease in mood, lose interest in something, guilt, sleep disorders or appetite, loss of energy and decreased concentration. Depression and eating habits have a reciprocal relationship, meaning that depression can affect a person's diet and vice versa improper diet can lead to depression.
