Generally, dehydration risk during fasting can be prevented by having adequate water intake, approximately 2 liters a day (+ 8 glasses a day). You can follow this techniques to regulate your water intake: drink a glass of water after waking up, a glass of water after sahoor time, a glass of water after Maghrib time, a glass of water after breakfasting, a glass of water after Isya time, a glass of water after tarawih (praying), and lastly a glass of water before going to sleep.
