Eating habit for people with diabetes is a bit different. We should consider their meals portion, eating time, and food variety.

Besides fruits, people with diabetes still can eat plain yogurt, oatmeal, cassava, oatmeal biscuits with low calorie sugar, roasted almond, whole wheat pizza, and any kind of whole meal flour snacks
