During fasting, meal times are generally reduced to two times. Therefore, you are advised to stay obtain adequate nutrition and complete, both at dawn and breaking. Consumption of foods high in fiber and complex carbohydrates when the meal can help reduce hunger during fasting. As for breaking the fast, it is advisable to eat foods with sugar content sufficient to normalize the blood sugar level drops during fasting. Avoid consumption of foods that are too oily, too sweet, or in an amount that is too much when breaking. Instead, wait 1 hour before you eat a heavy meal.


To maintain fitness, you can do light physical activity such as walking or cycling. Fluid intake also remains to be awake, therefore it is suggested that the consumption of water about 8-10 glasses per day. If necessary, you can take a multivitamin, or skim milk / low fat (1 cup / 250 ml) at dawn or fasting. Hopefully these tips helpful to maintain your fitness during the fasting until the day of victory arrived.
