Benefit of Guava in Dengue Fever Treatment

Dengeu fever can be treated by increasing the consumption of water and healthy eating. However, there is a fruit that commonly used as dengue fever treatment, guava (Psidium guajava). Guava is high of vitamin C that have function in increasing metabolism, absorbing iron, and increasing body immune system to virus infection.

In 100 grams of guava contains 337 mg of vitamin C. Its content is higher than orange's so it can help in DBD treatment. You can eat guava as fruit or make it into juice.
